If Senvio cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for that cancelled order will be refunded.

All return or refund requests must comply with the requirements specified in that policy, including the 48-hour reporting period and mandatory complete unboxing video requirement.

Failure to meet the requirements may result in the request being rejected.
